What is Considered a "Good" Personal Photo?
To ensure you are happy with your tattoo preview, make sure you submit a top quality picture for us to render your tattoo design on. Use the tips and examples below: - Use plenty of light. Use natural light, a flash, or every light bulb in your house!
- Expose your tattoo location directly to the camera for easy viewing.
- The skin should be bare, straight to the camera and fully visible.
- Use a good quality camera - if you use your cell phone, don't expect a high resolution preview to be returned to you.

To ensure you are happy with your tattoo preview, make sure you submit a tattoo design in the correct and best format for Preview Your Tattoo to digitally render the tattoo onto your body. - Submit a high resolution design or even a vector file.
- The design should be sharp and clear, in focus and "flat", meaning no distortions in the layout.
