To ensure you are happy with your tattoo preview, make sure you submit a top quality picture for us to render your tattoo design on. Use the tips and examples below:

• Use plenty of light. Use natural light, a flash, or every light bulb in your house!
• Expose your tattoo location directly to the camera for easy viewing.
• The skin should be bare, straight to the camera and fully visible.
• Use a good quality camera - if you use your cell phone, don't expect a high resolution preview to be returned to you.

To ensure you are happy with your tattoo preview, make sure you submit a tattoo design in the correct and best format for Preview Your Tattoo to digitally render the tattoo onto your body. Use the tips and examples below:

• Ideally your tattoo design or flash should be black and white or colored on a solid color background.
• Submit a high resolution design or even a vector file.
• The design should be sharp and clear, in focus and "flat", meaning no distortions in the layout.
• Pencil drawings are acceptable, however use a quality scanner to import the tattoo design.
